Booking a consultation requires a $50 non-refundable fee.
To book an appointment for a procedure, we require a deposit of $200, which is deducted from the cost of your procedure.
If you are traveling from afar and combining the consult and procedure at your visit, then you must mail your check for the deposit at least two weeks in advance.
Balance is due in full at the time of your visit.
Please allow 4 to 5 months to book an appointment, be it your first appointment or yearly touch-up. We keep an ongoing cancellation list and your appointment will likely get moved up if you desire.
If you are traveling from over 2+ hours away and are combining a consultation and a procedure you must submit a photo with no makeup on so that Jamilla can determine if you are a good candidate. Also, by combining the consult and procedure you must mail your deposit of $200.00 within one week of making your appointment by phone.
Jamilla does not allow observers in the room, as it is very distracting.
We appreciate a 48-hour notice of cancellation. If an individual does not show up for their appointment we assess a $100 charge should they wish to re-book. We cannot fill a vacant time slot if there is a last minute cancellation or a “No Show”, so we trust you will understand. The exception to the rule is a severe snow storm, and we appreciate a phone call.
To avoid unfair delays to clients if you are more than 15 minutes late then it will be necessary to take that time from your allotted time slot.
Sorry, but we do not give refunds. Gift certificates are transferable, but please let us know who you are transferring it to asap.
There is a $25.00 fee for your bounced check.
